Meet the Team
Darren has been with the Jemca Group since 2000 in several of our businesses during which time he has gained experience in the roles of Business Manager, Sales Manager, General Sales Manager and latterly General Manager. Darren commented that "Jemca has always been and remains an extremely progressive and forward thinking company that strives to echo the Toyota philosophy of “Customer First” in everything it does. I believe that this is one of the primary reasons that I and many of my colleagues have enjoyed many years’ service. This in turn breeds customer confidence and has allowed us to build many excellent working relationships over the years. Steve has worked in the Motor Trade Industry for 27 years. During that time he has done various roles, including a parts role in the latter years. Steve commented that “Toyota is a valued brand in the market place. When the opportunity arose I did not have to think twice about joining the Toyota family. Compared to the other franchises I worked for Toyota was the one I aspired to work for. Jemca is a company that wants to keep evolving and aspiring to different things. Jemca makes you feel part of a large family.” For Steve the key values of Customer Service are “defined by the customer. You have to aspire to their individual needs.”
Girish has been with Toyota for almost 18 years and is very passionate about their cars and the company. Girish went on to say "As everyone knows, Toyota are renowned for the quality and reliability of the cars they sell. To me, customer service and reliability of the product is an important part of the whole journey of owning and driving a Toyota. I make sure all customers feel valued and if they are satisfied and happy with the service I give, they will always choose us first and also recommend us to their friends and families."
